ARAP v8.1.0 and prior: After December 31, 2015 scans stop working - HF00001

Problem: Cavirin ARAP uses underlying 3rd party technologies that require a license. One of these technologies had its license expire.

 

Symptoms:

  • Scans "Completed with Errors" when they completed successfully prior to December 31, 2015.
  • Scans "Complete Successfully" but there is no data.
  • You follow the link for "Completed with errors" and see the following message:

 

Solution: Download the attached hotfix to replace the license. Follow the instructions here to install the hotfix. A reboot of the ARAP server may be required.
